About Us

At Witchdoctor Brewing Company, guests are welcomed into an inviting taproom where they can relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. Pints and mug fills are served in-house and cans are available to take home. The taproom features a 34 ft bar and tables handmade from wood reclaimed while building the brewhouse. Photos of legendary musicians taken from performances across CT adorn the walls. Guests can enjoy live music (on specified nights) as they sip their favorite beer. We focus on having a flavor for everyone! We have the juicy New England IPAS. We have Lagers and other lighter offerings. We have Stouts, Sours, wild creations with Peanut Butter and lots of good stuff in between!

Our Well Known Flavorful Beers

IPAs
We do a number of delicious IPAs, utilizing time tested favorites hops like Citra and Mosaic along with lesser represented (but also super delicious) hops like Azacca and Cashmere!
SOURS
Our signature Fruit Sour is our I Am Frut Raspberry Sour! It packs loads of raspberries into a very light malt base kettle sour... for a tart, yet soooo smooth fruit blast! Keep an eye out for new flavors!
LIGHTER BEER
We love our Lagers and Light beers... which aren't always one and the same! We especially love our Live For This Lager (Munich Helles in collaboration with the band Hatebreed) and our Love is Blond Hoppy Blond Ale!
SPECIALTY STYLES
We love to experiment with new creations and old ones that may have been forgotten! One of those new creations is Cocoa For Peanuts, which takes the beloved combo of chocolate and peanut butter in a beer and flips it upside down! Most such flavor combinations come in a dark beer. We theorized that those delicious chocolate peanut butter flavors would come through even better in a Brown Ale... and we were right!
